Şirketimizin 19.12.2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında; Best Grup Savunma Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi'nin toplam ödenmiş sermayesinin %70'ini temsil eden payların Şirketimize devrine ilişkin Pay Alım Satım Sözleşmesi'nin imzalandığı ve pay devrinin gerekli izin ve onayların alınmasını takiben tamamlanacağı kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu. Söz konusu pay devri işlemine izin verilmesi talebiyle, Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuat hükümleri çerçevesinde bugün (02.01.2026) Rekabet Kurumu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur. Konuya ilişkin gelişmeler kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunulacaktır. Tasarruf sahiplerinin ve kamuoyunun bilgisine saygıyla duyurulur.
In our material disclosure dated 19.12.2025, it was announced to the public that a Share Purchase Agreement had been signed regarding the transfer to our Company of shares representing 70% of the total paid-in capital of Best Grup Savunma Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, and that the share transfer would be completed following the receipt of the required permits and approvals. Within this scope, an application has been submitted today (02.01.2026) to the Competition Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Competition and the relevant legislation, requesting approval for the said share transfer transaction.
