"Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act" (Yabancı İçsel Bilgi Sahibi Kişilerin Sorumluluğu Yasası) uyarınca ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu'nun ("SEC") 27 Şubat 2026 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren nihai düzenlemesi dahilinde, Şirketimiz gibi yabancı ihraççıların yönetim sorumluluğu bulunan kişilerine yönelik getirilen raporlama yükümlülükleri çerçevesinde; Şirketimizde yönetim sorumluluğu bulunan kişilerin Turkcell payları veya bu paylara dayalı türev araçlarındaki güncel bakiyelere ilişkin SEC'ye bildirim yapma yükümlülüğü bulunmaktadır. Bu kapsamda yapılan söz konusu bildirimlere dair bilgilendirme Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Özel Durumlar Tebliği hükümleri uyarınca kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.
