Şirketimiz ile Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) arasında imzalanan İşbirliği Protokolü kapsamında Ankara Gölbaşı Taşpınar Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi ihalesinin 1. oturumu 27.03.2026 saat 11:00'de gerçekleştirilmiştir. Söz konusu ihalenin ön yeterlilik aşamasına katılan 7 istekli ekte listelenmiştir. İsteklilere ait ön yeterlilik zarfları içerisindeki belgelerin ayrıntılı değerlendirilmesinin ardından, ihalenin açık artırma ve kapalı zarf teklif alma aşamalarını içeren 2. oturumunun tarihi ve saati isteklilere yazılı olarak bildirilecektir.
Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company and Housing Developent Administration of Republic of Türkiye (TOKİ), the first session of the tender for Ankara Gölbaşı Taşpınar Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale tender was held on 27.03.2026 at 11:00. The list of 7 bidders participating in the prequalification stage of the tender is attached. After the detailed evaluation of the documents within the prequalification envelopes, the second session, which consists of the bidding and sealed envelope quote stages, will be held at a later date, and the date and time of this session will be notified to the applicants in writing.
