Şirketimizin üyesi olduğu Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası (MESS) ile Türk Metal Sendikası arasında yürütülmekte olan Toplu İş Sözleşmesi müzakere sürecinde, Türk Metal Sendikası tarafından Toplu İş Sözleşmesi görüşmelerine dahil olan tüm işyerlerimiz için uygulama tarihi sonradan belirlenmek üzere grev kararı alındığı Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.
Toplu İş Sözleşmesi imzalanması amacıyla görüşmeler halen devam etmekte olup, sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler, ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır.
Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

In the course of the Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations being conducted between the Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries (MESS), of which our Company is a member, and the Turkish Metalworkers' Union, the Turkish Metalworkers' Union has notified our Company that it has decided to take a strike decision for all of our workplaces included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, with the implementation date to be determined later.
Negotiations aimed at concluding the Collective Bargaining Agreement are still ongoing, and any significant developments in this process will be disclosed to the public in accordance with the relevant regulations.
