After due consideration, it is hereby resolved to submit for approval at the 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting the appointment of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (Deloitte) for 1 year period, to conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements and reports for the fiscal year 2026 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, the Insurance Law No. 5684, and Decree Law No. 660; to carry out assurance audits of the Company's TSRS-compliant sustainability report for 2026 within the framework of sustainability regulations; and to perform other activities covered under the relevant regulations.
